Then, the Generous Orphanage in Teluk Bakung Village, Sungai Ambawang District, Kubu Raya was led by Pamen Expert Bid. Humanitarian Law, Colonel Inf Patar Sahat Panggabean. While at the Kasih Father Orphanage, Pangdam XII/Tpr, Major General TNI Sulaiman Agusto accompanied by the Chairperson of Persit Kartika Chandra Kirana Region XII/Tpr Helly Sulaiman Agusto symbolically handed over the food package assistance to the Chairman of the Kasih Ayah Foundation, Head of the Kasih Ayah Orphanage, Fera Era Teta Saragih and the Head of the Kasih Father Nursing Home, Rosnawati and representatives of the residents of the orphanage.
Pangdam XII/Tpr, Maj. Gen. Sulaiman Agusto while giving a speech said that this social service activity was a series of commemorations of the 64th Anniversary of Kodam XII/Tpr which fell on 17 July.
This social service is carried out simultaneously by the Kodam and its staff at the Wreda Homes and orphanages of various religions.
"Today we are providing assistance in the form of basic necessities, as much as we can. Hopefully the aid will be useful to help meet the daily needs of the Panti residents," he said.
