Inidata.id - The Indonesian-Malaysian Border Security Task Force (Pamtas) Battalion 645/Gardatama Yudha thwarted the circulation of Methamphetamine in the RI-Malaysia border area in Bengkayang Regency, West Kalimantan.
Evidence of 11 packages of Methamphetamine weighing 96 grams was secured from three perpetrators with the initials AR (26), DN (22) and CT (22).
"The failure to circulate Methamphetamine was led by Wadansatgas Captain Inf Agus Dwi Prabowo together with 22 joint members from the Battalion 645/Gty Task Force and the Jagoi Babang Police," said Kapendam XII/Tanjungpura Infantry Colonel Hendra Purwanasari today.
He revealed that at the beginning of the incident, at around 02.30 WIB, Danki SSK II of the Indonesian-Malaysian Pamtas Task Force Battalion 645/Gty Lettu Inf Prayudy received information from the Head of the Jagoi Babang Sector Police AKP Dhanie that his party had arrested 1 person suspected of carrying Methamphetamine.
"After the development was carried out, information was obtained from the suspect that there would be people crossing into from Malaysia to Indonesia around the PLBN Zero point area hut," said Hendra Purwanasari.
